●彰化縣府昨宣佈，今天停止上班、上課。

●南投縣府昨宣佈，今天上午正常上班、上課；下午是否停班、停課，將於今天上午9點宣佈。

●南投縣文化局圖書館原訂9月21日作家簡媜演講，因「天兔」來襲，活動延至11月30日下午2時。

●南投縣藝術家資料館9月21日上午10時至11時辦理「貓魚遊唱分享音樂會」活動，因颱風來襲，暫停乙次。

●中興新村虎山藝術館戶外小舞台9月21日下午3時30分，由偶寶貝劇團演出的「太陽之子」，因颱風取消，擇期再演出。

●南投縣藝術家資料館9月22日上午10時至11時30分「給阿嬤的雨夜花」系列活動戶外音樂會，因颱取消，擇期再舉行。

●原訂9月21日晚上7時30分舉行的「不一樣的動物狂歡節」繪本．親子音樂會，倘因颱風來襲，南投縣宣布停班停課，活動將順延至10月11晚上7時30分。
