集會遊行法因近年來飽受各界批評，總統府人權諮詢委員會要求內政部警政署和移民署針對集遊法舉辦公聽會，警政署和移民署預計本月27日下午，邀集專家學者及各界代表，在警政署大禮堂舉辦「集遊法修法及相關處理作為」公聽會，聽取各方意見。
