摘要：民國92年2月修正通過的氣象法，除了賦予民間參與氣象預報的權利，也針對災害性天氣預報，包括颱風地震豪雨或者其他可能引發災害的預報，律定中央氣象局，是唯一的發布機關，避免防災資訊混亂。如果有人或者新聞媒體違反，可以依情節輕重，要求修正，或者罰款，並且可以連續處罰。但新聞媒體似乎在氣象法修正公布後一段時間，又出現誇大報導的現象。您怎麼看？有關單位是否也該實地落實這項法條的規定？以免造成民眾恐慌？
