氣象局：中午過後到明清晨 影響最劇

強颱天兔逐步進逼，颱風中心中午在鵝鑾鼻南南東方140公里的海面上，台中以南已經進入天兔的暴風圈。中央氣象局預測，天兔今天的行進路徑比原先預測的稍微偏南，中心確定不會登陸台灣，預計颱風會朝巴士海峽快速通過，直衝中國大陸與港澳地區，今天中午過後到明天清晨是影響台灣最劇烈的時候，民眾不要因為上午風雨較小就掉以輕心。
