請問有人也用南天凱擘的網路嗎? 前幾天開始一直斷線，打給客服說訊號不穩隔天會叫工程師來看看~ 來了以後只是重開機重整完看可以上網就走了???? 走前我還說這樣就好了?如果還一直斷線怎麼辦? 他說不會，如果還一直斷線就撥電話給我。(遞名片 結果隔天還真的一直斷線不能上網... 客服一直忙線，撥名片上的電話不是通話中就是沒人接? 剛又一直打客服，終於有人接了... 結果說我家訊號不穩，還要再叫工程師來看看? 這不是前幾天一模一樣的對話?? 一整個很傻眼!! 請問大家有一樣的情形嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.232.137.39
