18牛受困　警消救援當牧童

【劉人瑋／台東報導】台東市太平溪出海口因海水倒灌溪水暴漲，平時放養在溪旁草皮的１８頭水牛被飼主以繩索綁在樹上卻無法逃走，許多小牛因水淹至鼻孔頻頻慘叫，連路過民眾全都聽到報案。警消趕往現場後，穿越水深及腰的水塘，牛兒見救星來到紛紛大喊求救，待警消解開繩索後，牛兒興奮脫困亂跑，警消還需在場看守充當牧童，等到飼主到達才離開。警消表示，這是天兔颱風第一起受困案件，「颱風天放牛經驗實在太特殊了！希望別有下次」
