德國國慶日酒會 史亞平暢飲啤酒

【陳培煌／台北報導】德國在台協會今晚在台北天母舉行德國國慶日慶祝酒會，協會處長紀克禮（Michael Zickerick）致詞高喊「我愛台灣」，贏得熱烈掌聲。外交部次長史亞平代表政府道賀，她與紀克禮高舉德國啤酒和在場來賓一同祝賀。

每年這時正逢德國慕尼黑啤酒節，現場準備許多德國啤酒供免費飲用，史亞平也坐下來大啖德國食物、暢飲啤酒，看來很享受德國美味佳餚。

另外，台德研擬簽署受刑人移轉相關協議，兩國受刑人將可申請返國受刑。史亞平受訪說，相關協議可望年底前簽署。據了解，德國在台受刑人約有6、7名，台灣在德國則沒有受刑人，這應是我國與他國簽署的第一個受刑人移轉協議。

法務部1月23日公布「跨國移交受刑人法」，並在7月23日施行。官員表示，相當注重人權的德國早在2、3年前就與我方洽商簽署這項協議，未來台德相關協議簽署後，在台受刑的德國人將可向台灣法院申請移轉，經德國法院審理後，移交至德國服刑。
