【劉志原╱台北報導】名模隋棠代言的瑪麗蓮塑身衣公司，遭藝人小Ｓ代言的維娜斯塑身衣公司指控盜用「推推指」商標，公司資產2.6億元也遭假扣押，瑪麗蓮公司發言人陳芳瑜說，公司沒盜用對方商標，目前週年慶檔期將至，競爭對手卻透過司法手段，進行商業惡鬥，是浪費司法資源，但公司基礎穩固、財務健全，營運不受影響，會提出抗告及異議。

瑪麗蓮負責人呂志強遭維娜斯公司指控侵權，已遭依違反《商標法》起訴；維娜斯也被控利用行銷公司，找寫手上網張貼對瑪麗蓮的負面評價，維娜斯負責人葉怡伶也被依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴，2案均由法院審理中。
