檢察總長黃世銘面見馬英九總統引爆立法院長王金平恐涉及司法關說案，甚至延伸出監聽國會風暴，多位國民黨中常委將砲口對向行政院長江宜樺以及黃世銘，要求他們必須負起政治責任。

國民黨2日舉行中常會，儘管馬英九對外強調司法關說是大是大非的問題，不過中常委李全教則說，事件演變至今，已經是所謂的政治鬥爭，希望馬英九停止抗告。

李全教說，現在基層都希望政府專心拚經濟，而不是搞政治鬥爭，「如果說，還要上訴最高法院，這不是政治鬥爭，什麼才是政治鬥爭？」

中常委李德維也表示，黨、政都要有人為此事件做出政治責任，他認為，負責層級雖然還不致於到達最高層級，但行政院長江宜樺、總統的幕僚、黃世銘等人都必須為此事件負起政治責任。
