富士山頂驗出超量水銀　日疑中國越境汙染

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】日本滋賀縣立大學環境科學系的永淵修教授，今年8月在日本最高峰富士山山頂處(海拔3776公尺)，針對空氣中的水銀濃度進行調查，結果發現，每1立方公尺的空繼中，測得2.8奈克的水銀(1奈克是10億分之一公克)，超過日本的平均值。

由於日本工業排放的汙染物質是無法達到富士山山頂的，日本環境省分析後認為，這些污染物質應該是越境來自中國，隨著偏西風從中國吹到富士山頂。其實不只富士山，日本東北大學針對橫跨青森、岩手與秋田的十河田國家公園的湖底泥沼進行調查，也發現了超量的重金屬如銦、銻等物質，矛頭同樣指向來自海另一邊的中國大氣污染。
