【蔡進男／基隆報導】健康捐調漲，又見私梟蠢蠢欲動！基隆關接獲民眾檢舉，鎖定2只進口農產品貨櫃。前天下午，基隆關攔下貨櫃之後，便以X光貨櫃檢查儀檢視，發現內容物並非農產品，遂緝獲整櫃沒有偽裝的德國產製COMPLIMENT香菸1,420箱、越南產製HALO牌香菸640箱，市價約值5,000萬元，海關將進一步追查貨主到案。
