幼童乘車頭伸車外　路人看到直呼危險

【呂品逸╱新北報導】實在太危險了！台北市1名陳姓男子昨天傍晚下班時，行經內湖成功路，發現左前方1輛自小客車的副駕駛座，竟有1名男童將頭整個伸出車窗外，他見狀想拍下駕駛車號，以時速80公里行駛竟然追不到該車，直到前方路口紅燈才追上，令他直呼：「太危險了！」

陳男表示，在這麼高速下行駛還讓男童將頭伸出車外，要是發生什麼意外，男童「不死也重傷」。台北市交通大隊表示，將頭手伸出車外將面臨3000到9000元的罰鍰，兒童未使用安全座椅則可罰1500到3000元的罰鍰。警方也呼籲，兒童乘車時應坐後座，並依兒童身形選擇要使用安全座椅或安全帶，也不可將頭手伸出車外，以免發生危險。
