涉嫌掏空大有巴士　前董座判還1927萬

【劉志原╱台北報導】大有巴士公司指控前董事長林文彬，於2010年間未經公司同意，挪用公款1426萬餘元，於新北市購買3棟房屋及3個車位，並由妻子李姿穎辦理其中一戶的所有權登記，還遷入戶籍，另涉自行將月薪由11萬餘元調至20萬元，並讓妻子掛名公司顧問，每月領薪3萬餘元，又無故動用公款220餘萬元，大有巴士訴請返還。

林文彬認為，他以公司資金購屋，是為了公司購車時可做為擔保之用，另他為公司背負了不少債務，導致個人財產遭查封，220萬餘元是公司還款補償他的損失，並非無故支用公司款項，且妻子也曾借30萬餘元給公司，後來公司以支薪方式還款，加薪也是公司總務單位依規定辦理，並無不法。

但林文彬這些說法均未獲法院採信，台北地院認為，林與妻子共應返還大有巴士1927萬元；全案仍可上訴。
