天氣不穩！而且，可能又有颱風在周末要影響台灣，輕度颱風菲特 (編號第 23 號，國際命名 FITOW)，目前路徑偏西，朝台灣東部外海接近，且不排除發展成中度颱風，最快的話，可能在明天深夜就會發布海上颱風警報。

菲特颱風，今(3)日8時，中心位置位於北緯 20.1 度，東經 129.8 度，以每小時10公里速度，向北進行。颱風中心氣壓 975 百帕，近中心最大風速每秒 30 公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒 38 公尺，七級風半徑 180 公里，十級風半徑 50 公里。

氣象局表示，目前看來發布警報機率大約五成。可以確定的是，從明天開始，颱風外圍環流就會影響台灣的天氣，北部及東北部降雨明顯，會有大雨以上的等級。

另外，受到東北季風影響，氣溫也會較涼，氣象局氣象預報中心主任鄭明典在臉書貼文說，昨晚開始，東北季風明顯增強，沿岸地區還是容易有強風，所以局網上有「陸上強風特報」。強風會在海邊掀起大浪，然後在海上的菲特颱風也可能激發「長浪」，所以海邊活動要特別小心！
