進擊的烏克蘭猛男，手掌可以當鐵鎚？一般人想要將鐵釘敲入木板，想必一定先找找家裡的鐵鎚哪裡去了吧！但這名烏克蘭壯漢不僅不用鐵鎚，竟然就用自己的手掌把鐵釘敲入木板中，這可是比鐵砂掌還厲害！

根據妞新聞網站報導，這位烏克蘭壯漢丹尼斯‧帕霍莫夫（Denis Pakhomov）擁有一身肌肉，為了證明自己是強壯無比的勇士，因此請朋友為他拍攝一系列的影片，其中以徒手把鐵釘敲進木板裡，如果您以為是一般的小鐵釘，可就太小看這位勇士囉！

還有一般常看到的胸口碎大石，在帕霍莫夫身上一點也不稀奇！因為他要表演的是「手肘碎大石」，影片中４層厚厚的石板看起來堅不可摧，沒想到帕霍莫夫輕易就利用手肘將它們打碎，別以為帕霍莫夫只有這一點點功夫，接下來甚至讓朋友直接踩在他的喉結上，證明自己全身每一處都相當強壯。
