菲特逼台 最快周五晚發海警

中央氣象局今(3)日表示，今年編號第23號颱風輕度颱風「菲特」朝台灣靠近，目前還無法預估菲特是否會直接威脅台灣，菲特的強度已經接近輕度颱風的上限，不排除增強為中度颱風，從明(4)天起，受到颱風外圍環流以及東北季風影響，北部、東北部應提防局部大雨的可能。

氣象局表示，菲特颱風下午2點的中心位置位於北緯 20.6 度，東經 129.6 度，以每小時10公里速度，向北轉北北西進行。颱風中心氣壓 975 百帕，近中心最大風速每秒 30 公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒 38 公尺，七級風半徑 180 公里，十級風半徑 50 公里，依照目前的路徑看來發布颱風警報的機率大約5成。

此外，颱風外圍環流及東北季風影響，北部及東北部地區天氣較涼且有陣雨，並有局部大雨發生的機率，東部及東南部地區有短暫雨，北部及東半部沿海、恆春半島及綠島、蘭嶼將有長浪出現，如果要進行海上活動需要特別注意。

氣象局指出，如果高壓持續增強，菲特颱風將會更靠近台灣，最快可能明天晚上就會發布海上颱風警報。
