在外太空,生命無法存活， 電影一開頭就暗示"地心引力"是生命存在不可或缺的元素， 更引申為人與人間的攜絆，喬治問珊卓"在地球上有抬頭想念妳的人嗎?" ，說明人與人間的連繫，是人生中不可或缺的重要關係 ，電影中珊卓為了救喬治而緊抓住牽引繩，喬治卻為了讓她有機會活下來而放開， 女主角哭喊"我明明抓住了阿"，有時你抓住的，並不是真正可以留下的， 就像我們的生命中有些不得不放手的關係，你必須要放下才能繼續前進。 有趣的是 我認為喬治克隆尼這個角色是在暗喻"天使"， 最明顯的提示是只要這個角色出場，必定伴隨著一首輕快的鄉村歌曲， 而這歌曲的名稱是"Angel are hard to find"， 喬治就像天使，安慰女主角的喪女之痛，帶走她的悲傷， 並用種種方式鼓勵對生還抱持疑惑的女主角。 而喬治也是在危難發生時，第一個趕到現場救援珊卓的人， 在電影中喬治用手接住珊卓， 正好符合歌曲中"I want an angel with arms and not with wing"這句歌詞。 只要這個角色一出場，氣氛必定緩和下來， 就像天使給人溫暖安慰的感覺一樣， 甚至為了主角犧牲生命，就像天使的善良和慈愛， 在遭遇重大危機時又神奇的現身幫助主角渡過最大的難關 ，代表神蹟的顯現，種種的線索都暗示這個角色的神聖性，是上帝的僕人。 總之，這部電影除了對生命進化， 對"don't let go "的解釋，或是人生的選擇等內容的探討外， 也有濃厚的基督教元素存在著，相當有意思。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.11.184.183
