《國際產業》競購黑莓，傳思科、谷歌、思愛普有意加入

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】路透社引述消息人士報導，黑莓已經與思科、谷歌及思愛普展開協商，可能出售公司部分或整體業務。

該交易若有進展，將成為黑莓下市轉私有的另一個選擇。數周前，黑莓與最大股東Fairfax金控主導的團體達成一項初步協議，以47億美元促成黑莓私有化。惟因出現財務問題，此項交易已經引發質疑。

黑莓已經要求潛在買家在本周初提交初步意向書；這些可能的買主包括英特爾、樂金電子與三星電子。

消息人士表示，目前尚不清楚哪一方將出價競標。這些可能的買家對於黑莓的安全伺服器網路與專利組合特別感興趣，不過他們對黑莓資產價值的懷疑仍是交易能否成立的問題所在。

針對這則報導，思科、谷歌及思愛普拒絕發表評論，三星則尚未回應。
