全代會、抗議團體移師台中　胡志強：依法都歡迎

國民黨全代會可能移師台中梧棲綜合體育館，不少抗議團體揚言不缺席。市長胡志強今(8)日上午表示，市府一視同仁，只要依法辦理，就沒辦法決定它們來不來。若真的發生抗議示威，他表示會增加治安考量，這也是必要付出的社會成本。

台中市教育局體育處，上午證實國民黨台中市黨部，已正式完成11月9日和10日的場館租借程序，不過由於國民黨中央尚未鬆口，因此是否會如期在該地點舉行全代會，目前還沒有確切答案。

剛結束海外訪問行程的胡志強表示，沒人說過全代會一定會在台中舉行，目前得到的消息都說只是選項之一。至於場地的部分一切公開，行政程序完備，不論誰都只要依法申請都可以借用。

對公民團體揚言到場抗議、砸鞋。胡志強回應，市府沒有辦法決定他們到底來不來，只要依法辦理就能來，但這是必要付出的社會成本，市府一樣要負責。
