王文燮盼簽兩岸和平協議

（中央社台北18日電）中新社報導，第7屆黃埔論壇今天在成都舉行，中華戰略學會理事長王文燮表示，建立兩岸軍事互信機制是消除敵意的重要部分，應盡快開展，他也希望兩岸能盡快簽訂兩岸和平協議。

國軍退役少將李啟明表示，兩岸之所以還未簽署和平協議，是因為彼此還不能有足夠的互信，他希望兩岸關係能和平永續發展。

退役中將傅應川則指出，目前兩岸逐漸邁向討論政治議題的深水區，兩岸軍事安全互信機制浮出水面，雙方都在努力，今後兩岸關係發展要立足和平發展。1020618
