易德展光阻劑 品質勝日廠

搶搭iPhone 5熱潮，國內廠商易德展公司同步推出iChem 5a+觸控面板用感光性絕緣及保護層光阻，董事長李煌寶表示，iChem 5a+品質已超越日本，除了台廠以外，更受到大陸廠商高度認同，目前正積極洽談合作事宜。

新一代iPhone5較以往更加的輕薄，而其中關鍵就是夏普in cell、宸鴻TOL及勝華OGS技術，不管是哪一種技術，在製造過程中都必須使用的材料－液態光阻劑目前還是掌握在日本手中，且價格相當昂貴。

打破目前日廠獨大的格局，台廠易德展公司於2年前結合工研院、日本技術及自有技術投入光阻劑研發，在日前推出 iChem2a、3a及5a，目前已經切入國內幾家廠商，並已進入測試階段。

李煌寶說，光阻劑必須耐高溫，溫度愈高，ITO愈緻密，透光率也相對提升，新一代iChem 5a+為公司自日本引進最新技術開發而成的觸控面板用感光性絕緣及保護層光阻，具高硬度、高穿透率、高解析度、作業性佳等優異特性，尤其耐熱性高達 300℃、耐超音波震盪洗淨60分鐘，經全製程對不同材質（玻璃、ITO、MoAlMo）接著性都維持在5B，提升觸控產品的可靠度。適用於高級觸控面板，該產品在性價比上已超越日本，在3C產品愈加輕薄的趨勢下，將有機會與日本產品抗衡。
