聯合國安理會促請盡快應對敘利亞人道主義危機及難民問題。

聯合國安理會透過主席聲明，形容敘利亞衝突造成了人道主義悲劇。主席聲明又譴責敘利亞當局和武裝，侵犯人權和違反人道主義，而與凱達有關的組織和個人發動了恐怖襲擊。

安理會重申，須盡快召開國際會議商討敘利亞問題。
