立委籌組監聽受害聯盟 擬提民事求償

立法院總機遭監聽疑雲，國會助理籌組「監聽受害者聯盟」號召受害立委、助理、記者及洽公民眾站出來，積極串聯，共同告發特偵組，擬提出民事求償。聯盟發言人林珮菁表示，特偵組違法濫權，法務部應儘速將黃世銘停職交付調查。

聯盟指出，遭監聽之立法院總機，位處設立最多立法委員研究室的中興大樓內，該電話線自1997年使用迄今，延伸電話線高達上千條，受害人遍及立法委員、助理、行政官員、國會記者及洽公民眾，使得受害人秘密通訊權、隱私及個人資料全遭埋葬。聯盟期待受害者積極連署，預計明天上午舉行告發活動。
