電子投票適用 範圍將擴大

(中央社記者吳靜君台北2013年10月3日電)金管會預告，採行電子投票的適用範圍再擴大，為資本額新台幣50億元、股東1萬人以上的上市櫃公司即要採行，預計明年施行。

金融監督管理委員會今天預告，擴大公司採行電子投票範圍，預計民國103年實施。

金管會表示，原本規定實收資本額100億元、股東人數超過1萬人在召開電子投票，為了便利股東行使表決權、落實股東行動主義並提升公司治理。

金管會將實收資本額100億元調降為50億元，並且股東超過1萬人的上市櫃公司召開股東會時，應採行電子投票。

不過，對於103年最近一次股東會有董監改選或補選，且該次股東會修正章程採候選人提名制，可以下次股東會起，才將電子投票方式列為其表決權。

金管會統計，依據規定條件，要採行電子投票的上市櫃公司有216家，資本額在50億元以上、未滿100億元且103年沒有董監改選的上市櫃公司有29家。
