最近看到一間喜歡的房子,屋主自售,簽約是自請代書,有履約保證,目前前都錢交了,等交屋,但這兩天才得知約半年前樓上有人跳樓自殺,我現在該怎麼辦?看房,簽約前屋主都沒告知,合約上也沒寫是凶宅,還沒交屋,我可以要求退錢嗎?
