〈獨家〉過馬路口訣變了！　停、看、轉、揮、動

驚險畫面全被監視器拍下，行人擅自穿越馬路，被後方來車撞飛，為了推廣行人安全，台北市交通局從既有的平交道「停看聽」交通安全口號，延伸為「停看轉揮動」。

TVBS記者陳乃瑜：「台北市新的行人安全口號，除了『停看』之外，還多了『轉揮動』，『轉』是轉頭注意左右來車，『揮』是揮手向駕駛致意，『動』是趁著綠燈趕快過馬路。」

自從台北市鐵路地下化，從民國100年開始，台北市已經沒有平交道，不過仍有2300處號誌路口，過去用在平交道的「停看聽」已經不夠用，以101年為例，77件行人事故中，就有9件死亡意外是發生在斑馬線上。

民眾：「(新口訣)提升安全，讓(駕駛)注意到，『停看聽』。」記者：「現在改了，改成『停看轉揮動』。」民眾：「這個口令的宣導不夠，計程車看到你要揮手，我就要停車呀。」

不想像這樣招來一排公車、計程車，揮手過馬路有技巧，高舉手掌，以停止手勢向右轉車輛示意，不過現階段，民眾印象多半停留在「停看聽」。

北市交安科股長許元皇：「鐵路是要『聽』，但是我們在過馬路的時候，是要轉頭看車子有沒有停下來。」

市府以口號變花樣，不過具體推廣落實還有進步空間。北市宣導影片：「停、看、轉、揮、動，安全過馬路5步驟。」
