爭兒女「親權」！　于美人與夫首度法庭見

記者vs.于美人：「不好意思，讓我們進去一下好不好，不好意思。」

和平常一樣，臉上掛著自信表情，不同的是，于美人這回變得低調，只是點頭、微笑，一句話都不說，不到5分鐘，丈夫James也現身。記者vs.于美人丈夫James：「于美人有說恐嚇6800萬的事情嗎？」

帶著白色帽子的James，同樣不說話、快閃進到家事法庭，已經分居好幾個月的他們，首度法庭上相見，要爭的是小孩子的「親權」。James(102.06.26)：「在外租屋更無法每天看到女兒同享天倫，對於每天回家習慣看到兒女的我來說，是多大的懲罰。」

于美人(102.06.27)：「我就在廚房哭，可是我又不敢讓他知道，因為我要很堅強、我要很冷酷，否則這孩子的藥是吃不下去的。」

儘管夫妻倆形同陌路，但在鏡頭前，都強調深愛著孩子，塑造好爸爸、好媽媽形象，如今對簿公堂，爭奪小孩的扶養權，以及另一方該如何探視，這一個禮拜，雙方在4天內接連出庭，身心煎熬，小孩子的心裡想必也跟著不好受。
