【大紀元2013年05月23日訊】 位於溫哥華島Courtenay市以北8公里處的博福特葡萄園和酒莊（Beaufort Vineyard and Estate Winery）近日在3個國際葡萄酒大賽上獲得27個獎項，包括在英國倫敦舉行的國際葡萄酒挑戰賽，安省溫莎舉行的加拿大葡萄酒錦標賽和在美國俄亥俄州胡德河市西北葡萄酒峰會舉行的3個主要賽事。
　　
博福特葡萄園於2008年開業，生產7個品種的優質葡萄，每年出產1800箱高品質紅葡萄和白葡萄酒，該葡萄園的主人Va ndermolen夫婦說，評審過程非常嚴格，是一次非常艱難的比賽，今年他們以絕對的優勢贏得各個大獎，也提升了溫島葡萄酒的名氣。
　　
卑省其他一些新的釀酒商也在各項賽事中取得了驕人成績，包括位於Oliver市的穴居貓頭鷹酒莊（Burrowing Owl Estate Winery），位於Osoyoos市的格林格兄弟酒莊（Gehringer Brothers Estate Winery）和Nk’Mip Cellars酒莊。◇
