台灣美食月 6月開展

外貿協會每年6月所舉辦的台北國際電腦展、台灣平面顯示器展、國際醫療展與台北國際食品展等專業展，估計吸引超過5萬名國外商務人士來台，由經濟部國際貿易局主辦，貿協執行的「2013台灣美食月」活動，也特別選在6月份舉辦，除了推廣台灣觀光美食，也與國際食品展相呼應。

台灣美食月本屆兩大主軸是台灣美食國際化及國際美食在地化，昨（22）日由貿協秘書長趙永全主持記者會，特別公布深受外國人士喜愛、具台灣代表性的五大水果，包括芒果、鳳梨、草莓、香蕉及西瓜，並邀請王品牛排金牌主廚林正德示範以宜蘭在地的櫻桃鴨胸，做出外皮金黃酥脆，肉質豐厚多汁的香煎鴨，詮釋「國際美食在地化」的功夫。

國貿局主任秘書王振福與20多位外國駐台大使及業者參與盛會，南港展覽館鄰近的美食商家，德式餐廳Messe Bistro提供德國華士坦生啤酒與特色點心；炸雞大師Chicken Master提供五穀鹹酥雞；Real 臻.歐式烘焙坊有蜂蜜芒果特色麵包等。現場還有台灣百年老店郭元益的鳳梨酥禮盒，天成餐廳的富貴雞與青青餐廳的佛跳牆等料理，展現台灣美食新創意。

台北國際食品展則將於6月26日至29日於南港展覽館和世貿一館同步開展，結合食品機械、包裝、餐飲和清真食品等，今年展出聚集1,500多家廠商，超過3,500個攤位規模。
