坪林區6/1起 開放部份溪流垂釣

新北市坪林區公所今天表示，坪林區部份溪流河域，從今年6月1號到9月30號，開放為期4個月，供民眾登記垂釣，這段期間從每天上午7點到下午4點，請民眾到坪林區旅遊服務中心登記，依服務人員說明後入溪垂釣，以避免民眾、釣客誤闖進入封溪護漁區段垂釣，被依漁業法取締。

區公所說，部分區段開放垂釣的區域包括姑婆寮溪、四堵溪、尖山湖溪等；還有北勢溪上德里茶香地，從下方浮水橋上游起，到雙溪交流處為；另外就是(魚逮)ㄉㄞˇ魚掘溪部分河段；但區公所也說，6月1號到9月30號開放垂釣期間，仍禁止網魚、射魚、毒魚、炸魚、電魚、捉蝦等行為；至於不是這些開放垂釣的區域，坪林區其他溪流河域都嚴禁以任何方式採捕水產動植物，包含垂釣、撈蝦及徒手捕捉等方式；公所說，違反規定者，依漁業法第65條第5款規定，處新台幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰。請民眾不要以身試法。
