近日的智慧型手機多會強調防水或防摔等功能，但有哪支手機經歷拋出車外、高溫火烤等酷刑後還能使用？答案是被視為目前宏達電機皇hTC新手機「New hTC ONE」！

國外科技網站CNET的節目保持開機的主持人，在日前的節目上將手上的ONE丟入大杯飲料中，十秒後拿出來。主持人發現，該手機仍可使用！接著，他們將手機丟出車外兩次，背殼有些刮傷、角落有些破損，但螢幕卻沒裂痕。最後，他們將手機放上烤肉架，與蔬菜、肉類一起烘烤，肉都烤熟了。

手機放置一週後插上電源線，它的Mirco USB接口歪曲，背蓋充滿傷痕，卻仍能運作，讓主持人大嘆值得購買。姑且不論影片真實性，hTC ONE可說是超越了許多其他品牌手機，展現它驚人的韌性。

《蘋果日報》採訪hTC公關時，表示他們會給消費者最佳的使用體驗，但影片中的測試不建議仿效。
