中租30日股東會 辜仲立請假

F-中租（5871）明天股東會，董事長辜仲立將請假不擔任主席，由總經理陳鳳龍代理。F-中租股東會將討論盈餘分派每股現金股息2元與股票股利1元案，合計配發每股3元。

F-中租股東會將不開放非股東人士進場，也謝絕媒體採訪。辜仲立本人則是連續第二次未出席擔任股東會主席。F-中租明天股東會也將討論修改股東會議事規則，明訂董事長請假不克出席股東會擔任主席時，股東會主席由其他董事代理應以任職六個月上並瞭解公司財務業務的董事代表人擔任。
