菲殺台民／言語霸凌！同學嗆聲　菲籍小四生落淚

拿著衛生紙頻頻拭淚，在台灣讀國小的菲律賓女學生「LEA」，回想起被欺負的過程忍不住又落淚，循著蛛絲馬跡，我們找到了當初採訪「LEA」的菲律賓記者，他透漏LEA就讀位在南部的小學，目前是4年級，有牧師根據教堂的擺設來看，研判應該是在高雄。

整起事件發生在5月17日上音樂課時，老師無意間問同學，知不知道菲律賓在哪裡？沒想到這個問題，卻成了LEA惡夢的開始。菲律賓記者：「她說，有2名同學指著她說，她是菲律賓人，他們是兇手，他們會殺人。」

言語霸凌，讓LEA當場哭成淚人兒，幸好老師立刻告誡學生，不准欺負她，才沒讓這惡夢繼續下去，但家長一開始不知道這件事，還是透過其他小朋友才得知，父母知道以後，還寫了一封信給校長，希望校長能好好重視。菲律賓記者：「她的父母很開心，因為這所學校的校長有告訴老師跟學生，不要再談論這些事情。」

雖然事情最後圓滿落幕，但教育部及外交部都還不曉得這起言語霸凌，2國間的爭議，讓年僅10歲的小朋友承受壓力，同時傷害了她的幼小心靈。
