糖尿病居第4大死因　每年需驗尿液微量白蛋白

台北市衛生局今天舉辦記者會表示，糖尿病高居民國100年全國10大死因第4位、北市10大死因第5位。根據研究顯示，約5成洗腎病人，有糖尿病腎病變及高血壓，患者應每年接受1次的尿液微量白蛋白檢查，可提早預防並早期治療。
 
依據衛生署全民健康保險醫療品質資訊公開網資料顯示，民國101年臺北市糖尿病人約有23萬人，但只有約8萬人有接受尿液微量白蛋白檢查，超過6成5糖尿患者未定期受檢。
 
臺北市政府衛生局呼籲糖尿病人，要定期每年接受尿液微量白蛋白檢查，以遠離腎臟病變。
