出國但不想要手機帳單增加通話或網路費用的一些問題

本人要出國去歐洲十幾天，不打電話，只會有WIFI的地方用網路，

我的門號用台灣大哥大、HTC感動機，如不想要產生一些不必要的費用該怎麼辦呢?

1.如果只把3G網路關掉，到有可以連WIFI的地方連上WIFI，就不會收錢了?

2.如果在台灣的朋友打電話來我一樣會收到?會產生費用?

3.如果把SIN卡拔除，到有可以接WIFI的地方打開WIFI是否較好?更不會產生費用?
那LINE 或是WHAT'S APP還能用嗎

4.我需要打電話告知台灣大哥大，辦理甚麼服務，比較保險，才不會產生費用?
