2013世界不動產聯會 台中登場

2013年世界不動產聯合會，今年選在台中市舉辦，今年以「創新的永續發展」作為主題，主辦單位還特別邀請到，剛獲得「普里茲克建築獎」的日本建築大師、伊東風雄，進行專題演講。

來自全世界各個國家，不動產聯合會的會員代表，都齊聚在台中市，今年的主題，緊扣著創新與環境的永續發展，總統馬英九致詞時，除了向各國代表，大力介紹台灣在節能減碳的努力之外，更不忘推銷台灣的觀光。

世界不動產年會，27年前曾在台北舉行過一次，這次是這個聯合會成立64年以來，首次在台中市舉辦，今年的年會，還請到剛獲得「2013年普里茲克建築獎」的日本建築大師、伊東豐雄， 進行首場的演講。

繼李安來台中拍片之後，透過辦理世界不動產年會，台中市又再度在世界舞台上發光發熱。(民視新聞李坤錫、余壽生台中報導)
