台菲衝突 蘇貞昌批馬腳步亂

民進黨主席蘇貞昌昨天批馬政府處理台菲事件，腳步紛亂且速度太慢，希望馬政府重新調整，「不要外鬥外行、內鬥內行」；至於副總統吳敦義指七年前民進黨執政時，沒有處理好滿春億號事件，導致菲律賓認為台灣好欺負，蘇貞昌說，「這不是事實」。

蘇貞昌昨天出席彰化市反核活動時指出，菲律賓事件發生後，民進黨一再表示堅定支持政府一致對外，沒想到馬總統放任他的副手對內罵自己人，真不應該。

蘇貞昌說，這次事件錯誤的是菲國政府及肇事軍警，不是菲國人民，更不是在台灣的菲勞、菲傭，千萬不要有任何遷怒個案，要維護台灣是文明國家、人民友善的國際好形象。
