纖維攝取不足 上班族「心、腸」不健康

營養師汪曉琪:「燕麥穀奶增加你全穀類的攝取,可以選擇含有纖維含量最高的,另外有心血管健康認證最多的,特別是可以增加好的膽固醇的訴求,這對現代人在健康上,要改善壞心腸的問題,是一個很簡單方便的選擇。」

衛生署也建議,成人每天攝取纖維量至少要25到30克,每天至少1餐是以全穀類增加纖維攝取,加上固定運動量,才能遠離心血管疾病。
