勤美 三大法人買超

勤美（1532）受惠於順利銷售台中「誠品綠園道」土地資產及「勤美天地」投資案即將啟動，上周五吸引三大法人全面買超，激勵股價大漲2.05元、收42.45元，單日平均漲幅5.07％，爆出1.23萬張的鉅量，後市行情看俏。

勤美因順利處分台中土地資產，獲得可觀處分利益，再加上包括百貨商場、飯店及豪宅等商品的「勤美天地」投資案，即將啟動，使其最近股票呈現價量齊揚情況，其中上周五日的交易量12,373張，創2009年12月14日以來單日最大成交量，有助於股價持續上攻。
