受暴兒借宿導師家　師摸下體辯「蓋被子」

【綜合報導】新竹縣1名國三少年因父親酗酒也曾受暴，經常蹺家遊蕩，其陳姓導師(49歲)去年8月要他到家裡住，未料夜半成狼，多次在他熟睡之際猥褻下體得逞；陳姓班導稱，因學生踢被子，他幫忙蓋被子時，「不小心」把手放在學生的下體上。

2012年8月少年到導師家住宿，未料12月間，師趁他熟睡時摸下體；事後少年接受社工輔導，爆出導師拉他手幫打手槍、猥褻下體。新竹地檢昨依強制猥褻罪嫌起訴該名狼師。
