南大附小救藻礁 總統回信嘉勉

〔自由時報記者王俊忠／台南報導〕國立台南大學附小學生向政府表達設立「桃園觀新藻礁自然保留區」心聲，上週校內六百四十二位學生寫信給馬英九總統。校方說，昨天下午收到總統回信，學童爭看內容，總統正面支持與肯定。

催生桃園觀新藻礁自然保留區

馬總統在信中表示，對南大附小學生搶救藻礁心聲，他已明瞭並表嘉勉，很重視觀新藻礁自然保留區設立問題，已函請行政院與桃園縣政府處理。

南大附小說，馬總統在上週表示「救藻礁馬上辦」，昨天總統府回信使設立「觀新藻礁自然保留區」露出曙光。

但該校老師張景傑仍憂心忡忡，他說，林務局早在九十七年九月便列冊追蹤並與桃園縣府達成保護藻礁共識，但延宕近五年未見保留區設立，去年一月桃園縣府函請農委會依「文資法」逕行指定為自然保留區。

張景傑指出，去年四月在立法院召開的搶救觀新藻礁公聽會，林務局保育組長管立豪親口承諾「到底由中央指定為暫定地景，然後進一步評審？還是縣府盡速公告自然地景，可能盡快在二週內協調完畢」。

但一年過去，藻礁依舊等不到被納入「自然保留區」保護，張景傑不禁要問藻礁還有多少時間可以等待保護？
