一則5年級考卷上的未知數問題

這是我們考卷上的問題.老師雖然有講解.但我還是有點不清楚.所以我想問問大家.請求過程.解釋.算式

題目如下:

有一個二位數，個位和十位的數字合起來8，若十位數字是X，則此二位數可用( )
來表示；如果將它的十位數字與個位數字對掉後，所得到的數字可以用( )來表示。(用符號表示數)

我們老師的答案是9X+8和80-9X，但我不了解，我想知道為什麼，不要解釋的太困難ㄛ~
