同欣電股東會 今改選董監

LED散熱基板大廠同欣電（6271）今（19）日將舉辦股東常會並進行董監改選。

該公司總經理劉煥林先前法說會時，曾下修第2季營收成長僅與第1季持平，然而由5、6月單月營收皆將高於第1季營收平均水準來看，第2季實際營收數將比公司原預期樂觀許多。

這不是同欣電首度對營運的預期有出入，同欣電今年5月法說會時劉煥林曾預告，因美系大客戶推出低價燈泡（意指Cree），其它照明客戶也跟進推出，使得同欣電提供的散熱基板必須重新設計，因此第2季營收將受影響僅與第1季持平。

不過，同欣電4、5月產品中占比最大的LED散熱基板，營收占比也分別都有47％與43％的水準，皆與第1季散熱基板占比45％不相上下。值得注意的是，影像感測模組4、5月也都在2億元以上，大幅優於去年同期，成為引領第2季優於預期成長的關鍵角色。

同欣電今日股東會除將進行董監改選，並將承認去年財報及配發通過現金股利5元。
