中壢市百年老店張豐盛商行，將西方的霜淇淋結合東方的花生、芝麻醬，推出獨家口味的超酷霜淇淋，在炎熱夏季成為網友推薦的「中壢美味」。

中壢市中正路百年老店張豐盛商行，以花生加工品起家，自創、研發20多種花生食品和油品。

張豐盛商行業者張豐格表示，由於女兒愛吃霜淇淋，引發他的研發動機，決定將西方的霜淇淋結合自家生產的花生醬、芝麻醬，成為超酷霜淇淋，2年前推出後，逐漸吸引消費者上門選購。

張豐盛商行店長范惠伶表示，因霜淇淋的食材成本較高，以一支50元的霜淇淋來說，價格並不貴，況且外面還加了一些自家的芝麻或是花生醬，還有抹茶、堅果等口味。電話4920606。
