關於水散熱吸熱

查過知識...水蒸發是一種吸熱行為 天氣熱我們把水倒在身上會覺得清涼是因為水分把熱氣吸走嗎 還是蒸發作用把熱氣散掉？.............因此我想問如果住屋頂天氣很熱太陽很大考慮很多散熱做法住委會不同意 那簡單的想法說我多放幾盆裝滿水的水桶在頂樓 那水桶裡的水是會幫助吸熱儲存熱能讓我們樓下更熱呢？ 還時他會吸熱蒸發分散熱能把熱氣帶走讓我們等樓更降溫呢？ 謝謝...
