酒駕大執法全國四起毒駕 竹縣市各包辦一件

酒駕新制上路後，截至十四日深夜十二點為止，全國共有四件毒駕案件，其中新竹縣市各查獲一起！(彭清仁報導)

新竹市刑大偵一隊小隊長鍾金國，帶著偵查佐到竹科股東會蒐證結束返回隊部，途中行經竹科附近的寶山路，發現前方一輛BMW轎車，從內側車道開向外側車道，又從外側車道轉到內側車道，還擦撞安全島。警方一度以為駕駛打嗑睡或是邊開車邊吃早餐，警方在攔下後，發現徐姓竹科男居然一邊抽菸一邊沾著K他命，被攔下時神情呆滯，還掉出一包K他命。離譜的是，徐姓男子停車受檢時，車輛居然未打到停車的P檔，結果將警車的車門撞凹，這名在竹科外商公司擔任業務員的徐姓男子，則是被警方依公共危險罪嫌移送。

另外，新竹縣警方在竹北市看見一輛行跡可疑的自小客車，一看到警車就緊急煞車，車上三名廿一歲的男子神情有異，警方將自小客車攔下，駕駛李姓男子的隨身包包內，起出五十多公克的K他命，而且車內刺鼻臭味讓警員也受不了，三人都坦承在車上抽K菸，李姓男子也被警方依毒品和公共危險罪嫌移送。據警政署的統計，到昨天深夜十二點為止，全國共查獲四起毒駕，其中新竹縣市各包辦一件。
