關於十年建設時期的一個問題...10點

我的評量上有一個題目:

民國24年,小婷與小安到上海一家餐廳吃飯,小安拿出一枚銀幣要付飯錢,
小婷說:「現在已經不能用這種錢了,政府規定只能用中央、中國、交通、農民銀行統一發行的紙鈔。」請問:當時政府正推行哪項措施?

A.五四運動
B.法幣政策
C.皇民化運動
D.新文化運動

評量的答案是寫A
可是我覺得很疑惑,我覺得是法幣政策...
答案是不是錯了??
