使用信用卡刷出國的費用

我聽說，使用信用卡刷出國的費用，有行禮和旅遊平安保險是真的嗎？如果是真的，那麼信用卡是我老公的，並不是我本人的卡，也有保障嗎？或是一定要使用本人的信用卡才有保障，兒子的也可以有保障嗎？因為我自己本身沒有信用卡。
