核四生水池工程未挖斷順向坡腳

台電指出，核四廠生水池工程並未挖斷順向坡坡腳，媒體報導的照片並非目前核四生水池所在位置，而是13年前施工開挖面遭遇象神颱風來襲所致，施工完成後已無崩塌情形。

核四生水池是設計用來作為核四緊急注水時所用，是台電斷然處置措施最重要的一環。
