安馳股東會 配發股利2.3元

IC通路商安馳（3528）今天召開股東常會，由董事長李瑞西主持，安馳會中承認通過去年財務報表，以及盈餘分配案，每股配發現金股利1.8元及股票股利0.5元，合計每股股利配發2.3元，以安馳目前股價約30.1元計算，現金殖利率近6%。

安馳同時進行董監事全面改選，新任董事、獨立董事與監察人均由前一屆連選連任，並無重大異動。
